How can I become a successful Fashion Blogger?

Is it important to know how to draw fashion to become a fashion designer?

• I'm hoping to become a fashion designer in the future and I'm just getting started. I heard it's essential to learn how to draw fashion, and I already have the basics down on how to just draw a simple person's body without poses or anything. But I found this book online that costs about 70 bucks on fashion drawing and it has really good reviews, but I have absolutely no idea what's in it. Is there actually more things I need to learn about drawing fashion? Thanks

  Its certainly essential to be able to draw the fashion looks onto the body, and you want it to be perfect. I really don't know how to explain this but I'll try. Okay, have you seen Project Runway? The designers always draw their looks first and the detail in those illustrations are identical, if not exactly how the looks turn out. Being able to draw the clothing onto the bodies is important as a guide for bringing the looks to life. I don't find it necessary to be able to draw the bodies in poses and the clothing on, but you many want to expand on that in the future if your successful. If the book your talking about (where'd you find it be the way?) has great reviews then it should also detail what's inside -- both in reviews and in the description. Before you buy the book, look into it more and see if your interested in it. This is my opinion on all this. Good luck on you dreams!
