How do I crop an image where the right side is convex?

I want to make a regular image look like this http://www.cookielee.biz/uploads/fckeditor/cookielee/Image/template01/template1_center-content02.jpg I convex curve would be cool too. Is there a online image editor I can use? Or can someone tell me what I term i need to look for in a regular image editor that will do this? I dot believe its called "crop" because im sure cropping has to do with resizing and cutting off arts of the image.

most photo imaging software will let you crop like that. Try to look for freehand crop where you draw a line or a shape and than you crop it.
