How to make picture glossy/shiny on photoshop?

Photoshop users... Help ... Im trying to make a picture using vector mask but dont know what to save as ...?

• I made a picture of a person and using the vector mask i made some binoculars where the effect is like when u move with the mouse its like your spying on the person in the picture from a far place , but i dont know how i can keep it as a saved file so i can send it to others and be able to move the mouse and check the file without opening photoshop and the layers thing ? plz help me ...thank u

  Unfortunately, to keep that effect, you're gonna have to re-do it in Flash. Photoshop does simple animations, but nothing on that scale. It's pretty easy to do in Flash if you have it, and there's a ton of tutorials on the web to help ya get started :o)
