    **Photoshop. It is rather expensive, so I recommend you be really into photo editing before considering to buy it! It costs hundreds of dollars! If you must, I would reccomend getting the 'Elements' line. They are much cheaper, and still have great features. (about 70 dollars +) If you would like to test, there are free trials of Abobe Photoshop products on their website! http://www.photoshop.com/ **A free alternative is GIMP. It has many of the same tools as Photoshop, and can also produce quality pictures! All free! http://www.gimp.org/ Good luck! :D
