Corel draw 12 crashes when ever i save work which has been traced?

• Hi there, So here's the situation, i imported a drawing into corel draw, i then outlined it using the beizer tool. I then traced it in corel trace. I then opened the traced image into corel draw (so that i could colour it in). After doing this and colouring in a bit of it, i tried to save it. The green bar got about half way and then corel draw crashed! I lost the work i did. Do you know what is wrong? how do i stop it from crashing? it does this every time i try to save an image i have traced then painted. Any help would be much appreciated!

  After completion of your drawing Save as the file with .cmx or wmf. then after try to save your work.. If you can save your file.. Your cmx file has all work which you have done. Now, if you lose your corel file then there is no big issue.. you can open cmx file in coreldraw
