What is a good website to get free artwork made?

Well... as a designer I would say "you should pay some for it" otherwise you´ll leave us without work! But if you´re really REALLY desperate you should try DeviatArt. (www.deviantart.com) There are really good artist there, but I don´t think you´ll find EXACTLY that photo. You can ask someone to draw it for you, but then again, it could take a VERY LONG time! Especially if it´s for free... Good luck in your search!
