Does anyone know about good "How to draw anime" books?

Hi! I really want to learn how to draw! But every time I borrow book it's really hard to understand, or it just doesn't have the art I'm working for! Even a website that posts step by step how to draw anime characters would be awesome! Also any how to draw books would be great it doesn't have to be anime! So to sum it up. Does anyone know about a good how to draw book or website? Thank you!

practice practice practice~ there are a lot of tutorials on deviantart, you should look there o.o the how to draw manga books aren't hard... just make sure its not christopher hart, he's honestly a terrible manga artist. :S throughly read the how to draw manga book, like every single word. like you're studying.
