I want to become a fashion designer...?

  • i am young and not out of high school but i cant draw i know what i want the clothes to look like but when i put it on paper it does not look the same. i need to learn how to draw the basics and then more detailed. i have wanted to be able to draw all of my life do you have any advice or websites i can go to that teach me how to draw for free?

Check out some book from the library, there's bound to be an Idiot's Guide to fashion design, search 'fashion design' on google, look into schools, watch Project Runway, take sewing classes, take art classes, or just buy some art books and sewing books. Most of all, don't give up on you dream. :)

start sketching.that's where i started when i decided to become an artist (in 3rd grade). Now i'm in junior high(7th) and i can draw people and do oil painting. start will taking an art class at your school. wait, before that, plan out your life. then look at what people have designed (like the expert designers) live.dream.achive. fly high and sky high
