    It is a good start. But your cover letter needs to be more specific. For example, you mention the company is the type of progressive company, which you aspire to work. Could you be more specific and state exactly why the company is the right company for you. It will show that you did your homework and understands what the company is all about. You also state you want to have a dynamic career, which is good. But I would expand on that a bit more and state exactly what you hope to accomplish in the future (like a senior sales representative or a manager etc)...You need to mention one or two specific examples or projects or difficulties that you overcamein the past that helped you prepare for this endevaour and generally what you have to offer for this position. Maybe, a lot of people write cover letters like this, so it doesn't stand out, it doesn't need to, but it helps, when you say 5+ years, I wouldn't know if I would say that, maybe put the exact number of years if you know it.
