A great way to start is Microsoft Cartoon Maker, where you can make your own cartoons. If you can't get it, also try Adobe Photoshop CS3, Sketchbook, Corel, or any other Anime drawing programs. Download them with a crack code @ programs such as BitComet or eMule. hope this helps :)

Draw them yourself. On your computer. Using one of the many software packages out there. Or draw them freehand & scan them. But the important bit is not to charge yourself. ..or am I missing the point..?
