How to draw something in widget(qt?

What's something I can draw that represents the word "somber"?

• I have to draw something that represents the word somber. I must have the word somber on the paper, then draw something around it or wherever. What's something cool I could draw to go with the word? I don't want to draw nothing emo like, or dungons and whatever. I want to draw something that goes with the word that isnt sad or scary. But whatever works really. So tell me whatever you've got :) I want to draw something cool so I can win the best picture and get 10 extra credit points :3 Thanks x}

  The first image that come to mind was of a funeral or wake ... the somber mood that prevails around death. And you could write the letters of the word on the beads of a rosary in somebody's hand. Or a letter each taking/hidden in different forms - eg. 'o' could be a tear drop & so on? However, you don't want anything sad or scary ! So how about -- - the look on a child's face when sees his grades ? - the look on the father's face when he is shown the grades? - a principal/teacher walking into a riotous class that immediately starts arranging itself into a somber & prim attitude ? - the first acne or pimple on a teen's face - watching it in the mirror with concern & trying to peer closely with a finger focusing on it ! I think this should be quite a good one :-) You could even add a magnifying lens in the other hand, as if getting ready to examine it more closely ! - the cricket ball shattering a window & the playing kids getting all somber & trying to put on a guilty look for the owner of the house... You could use some cartoon characters like Dennis the Menace, Archie & the gang, Peanuts, etc. to get our point across too ? Hope these help spark even more ideas Have fun :-)
