Are there any childrens programs?

Do you know of a site where I can find a struggling childrens book illustrator?

• I am looking for a childrens book illustrator (art style open to artist imagination) I am a unknown childrens book writer. All I've ever wanted to do was write childrens stories. But since real children are expensive and need to eat I was not able to actually run with my dream. And now since the children are on their own, I want to take my words and find someone who wants to use their imagination and match it up with my words. And then simply turn it into a internet book to share with the world. And I more or less figure if there are people like me who simply love to write and are good at it, then there has to be someone who simply are visually artistic and want to share their talents also. I can write, but can't draw, fact is can't figure out photomanipulation programs. Someone out there can draw or manupulate photos but can't write. Let's get together and make our dreams a reality.
