How can you make good cartoons on a computer for free?

How to make those cartoons?

  • How do they do it!? Do they draw them then somehow make it look computerised or is it done on the computer? I really wanna make one but dont know how! :( please help... if you dont know what im on about heres an example of what I mean by those cartoons!     Uhh... well, cartoons can be drawn traditionally or digitally, or a combination of both. Some people draw the sketch and then scan it to the computer and clean and color it digitally in a program like Photoshop. So you can do it however you want.

It was probably done on the computer. You need a program like Corel Draw, Photoshop Elements or Corel Paint Essentials. If you have an ipad you can use Sketch. I don't know if it exists for the computer. Then you need a drawing tablet like Wacom Bamboo. If you don't have any of that it can be expensive. Put it on your birthday list. ; )
