I have an exam coming up in which i have to make up my own comic character. So does anyone know of a website which has step by step instructions on how to draw cartoons? i just need some ideas and learn the basics of drawing them. Thank You.

YOu should be creative, not be a copy-cat. Besides, there are tons of cartoon/anime characters you could find via google.

There are some books that show you how to draw cartoon characters that you could find at any bookstore, Walmart, and maybe even your library. There are a few different ones I have seen, but the one that I have is called "How To Daw Cartoons".
