How do i draw people from different angles and poses?

The best way is really to drawing what you see. I recommend looking at reference photos of people in different poses. It's going to definitely take time and practice, of course, but just keep at it and you should notice yourself improving. :) When drawing your stick figure base you should also draw the general shape of the body, too. The upper body should make a triangular hourglass sort of shape. Studying anatomy from online tutorials will help you out in this aspect.

Something very important you must understand for figure drawing is proportions and how the body is able to move and bend. The easiest way is to draw, and this is just practice for 30minutes to an hour every night and soon you will under stand proportions from all sides and angles. i know it might be boring but try to drew just the eyes at different angels then noses mouths and rough out lines of the head at different angels, also try not to hold the pencil like a pen try to hold the pencil between the thumb and for finger with the pencil running down the palm like you would hold a sword and stand back a little from your work the piece will be at eye level, it takes practise but you can become boulder with your pencil strokes. hope this helps
