What do Deviant-ART people use for their Fan-art?

I want to do fan art.. But I want a program like will make them look nice.. It isn't the program that makes the images you posted look good. It is the skill of the artist, composition of the image, and the techniques they have learned. Practice makes perfect. I would also suggest reading the "artists comments" box as it TELLS YOU WHAT THEY USE.
