Does New Blue FX work in Adobe After effects CS3?

Naruto(rasengan), sasuke(chidori), gaara (sand) effects.how 2 do it on ur photo in adobe photoshop CS3?

• waaaaah!!! this things are awesome... tell me how to do it in adobe photoshop CS3.. please!! I beg you!! who ever you are who knows how to put rasengan, chidori and control sand in your photo like you're really doing it for real. I've seen some photos that have chidori/rasengan in there hands!! please help me!! I love naruto... I love sasuke... I love gaara... they are my favorites... try to give all three... but if you can't just chidori and rasengan.. help! help! help! PLEASE!!!

  Before you can put them into a photo, you need to find some good images of them. A quick Google Image search on Naruto characters will usually bring up a bunch. Once you have a good image, save it to your computer and open it in Photoshop. It is then easiest to use the Quick Mask tool to select just the character. The Quick Mask button is in the Tools bar on the left of the screen (hold your mouse over it and it will tell you what it is). Once you have the page set to Quick Mask, use a paint brush with a hard edge, the size depends on the size of your image. Use the colors black and white, these should be automatically showing when you select Quick Mask. When you paint with white on the image, it will show up red (this is marking the area you are selecting). When you paint with black, it erases the red. Paint the entire character until he is all red. Then, switch back to normal view by selecting the icon beside the Quick Mask button. You will see that your entire character is selected. Simply copy him and paste him where you want him in another image. You may also need to adjust the colors to make the character blend with the second photo a little better.
