How Do you draw with photoshop(mainy anime/manga)?

I've always wondered how people can draw with photoshop, gimp, paint and so on. On www.deviantart.com there are loads of computer drawn pictures I mainly want to draw anime/manga pics of Naruto, Kingdom Hearts, Bleach , etc 1.Do I need photoshop? 2.Is there any good free software to help me do this? 3.what do i need(photoshop, certain pc,special mouse,etc) to be able to draw amazing looking pics like this one http://ramy.deviantart.com/art/naru... 4.Are there any good tutorials on the net? 5.Is there anything I need to know Please help me with this Thx N3xtG3nGam3r99

U can use photoshop, but U really need to learn Illustrator which is a vector based software. This is not a free software but U can download it for cheap. You will find tutorials on the net or go to www.dummies.com
