Well, here, my first, sarcastic answer is that you can always use Obama as a subject :) Actually answering the question, it would be interesting to do something about decay or the passage of time I have images of table settings, and the different changes that might happen to the food. Half-eaten, gone, left alone and rotting, etc. You could also do something with interchanges. Like roads, or rail lines. It's very literal and kind of surprising because of that.

why not get a huge piece of canvas or paper, draw on lines so it splits it into quarters. use the seasons as the changes. in each square do a season. summer, winter etc. use mixed media

you might do something inspired on the inevitable transformation we will all suffer due to climate change in the world. Good luck!

Okay.. I would have to agree with what 'Amygiggles' said. It's cool, creative and will look great blown up. Yours is this friday?! Wow. Close. Our theme is -Me,myself and mine-.. I don't know what to do. Might do a massive spider out of clay.. like Louise Burgouis.. or i'll do something to do with family.. i cant think of anything. Goshies. Ten hours of just art work.. :O Good Luck. ;) Yasmine <3

you could do a series of paintings/figures changing in movements or time... hard to explain, but look at Edward Muybridge's photographs. I think it would look really great as paintings. Good luck!

What's in yer sketchbooks, man? Where's your prep? Which artists have you been studying... hello...reality check.. anybody there ?! If you're as desperate as you sound, beg some over- ripe fruit and rotting veg so you can watch, draw, and smell it rot some more throughout the week, then do some large- scale pastels or paintings from your studies ; even develop it into a collage or 3D piece if you have time and materials. Kids who were unprepared like you used to p... me off when I was teaching!
