I want to be able to draw really well?

I've been just watching youtube videos and such, learning to draw, and following along. But, as I go, I discovered how much I LOVE to draw. I LOVE it. It's relaxing, and my imagination just swarms with things to draw. But, I'm not THAT good, ya know? So, are there people who actually teach, give lessons to homeshooled, 11th graders? How would you find those people? Lol, stupid question, don't pick! ;P But I really want someone to teach me better, so I can take this up. Things are different being homeschooled. Heh. Anyways, yes, please help me out. Thanks!
