Where can I get All Time Low posters for cheap?

Where can I get posters printed with good quality that won't cost me the world?

  • I have an exhibition on the 17 March to show my stuff (www.stevebob.com) and desperately need something to put and sell in there. I'd love to sell posters but all the printer shops I go to charge a fortune to get stuff printed. I work in a shop that sells posters for £4.99 or even £3.99. In these shops, they charge two to three times that amount. I can't charge people that amount of money for a poster of a comic they've never seen before! Can somebody help me? Does anyone have any advice? I'm so new to this whole thing and I have such short time to get this done. Please help me, I really need some solid advice!

The posters in your shop are probably mass produced and the bigger the print run the cheaper each unit will cost. If people want to buy your unique posters ready printed you need to market them as one off pieces of 'art' rather than a 'poster'! Or you could direct people to buy and download high resolution prints via internet and then arrange their own printing? What size are your prints? Perhaps you could test the water by producing an online exhibition see how many people are interested in your stuff and then arrange to print after you know what the demand is like?

look in your phone book or on-line for graphic designers that's what they do, Private ones are cheaper than big businesses

http://www.artpromote.com/resources.shtml Oh, the 17th is coming up fast, this site might help you in the future. Every artist can use some promotion and help. If you have a Kinko's-they do a nice job and are cheap. well they are in the U.S. Good luck on your show, I remember my first one way back in 1969.
