Where can I find the program Picture Manager?

Maybe much better than a drawing program?

• This is not really a drawing program, and Google Sketchup cannot do all this - Is there a program that's instead of drawing objects, you can just select and place objects (on the ground/floor), then probably it will add the right kind and right shape of the shadow in for you (depending on the light source - of a sun?), - then if you add a sun (in vice versa) it will either add more or change positions of shadows around/next to each objects for you (or perhaps the computer will just make the surrounding areas lighter for you); more interesting, if you select water and an object to put over it, the computer will probably sink in the object partially for you. There might have to be about thousands of objects to select from in order to cover the whole leveled-out variation likeness of each objects equally from one object to just about all other objects of which just the one(s) you'll pick out. The pictures created in this might be almost alike as what you'll draw on a drawing program except it takes a much/lot shorter time to create/develop that picture, but just might be so many different objects to choose from (but you did not copy that picture or got that picture from any place) Do you think I can find a program like that anywhere to do or play with online, or can find the one that I will just download it to try it out?

  The only way you would be able to do this with the ease that you're describing is with a program with pre-made 3d models. That's pretty much exactly what you're describing. Maya is a 3d modeling program but I'm not sure if it comes with pre-made models, and it costs a couple hundred dollars for the full version. Alice is free (the free models are pretty ugly though for my tastes) as well and might be what you're looking for. It has a wide selection of models to choose from.
