What are some tips on making a poster?

Any tips on poster making and gelatin fish bowl?

  • So, tomorrow is the beginning of World Water Week which is led by the UNICEF Tap Project. This year, our school is starting a fundraiser for this for the first time. When we're doing a fund raiser at lunch, we're going to have a poster hanging on the wall right behind us. I was wondering what exactly should be on the poster? I'm not exactly that creative or artistic, but I wouldn't mind hearing a couple guidelines. The fundraiser is basically students have to try to throw coins in jars which will be in a water tank. If they get at least 50 cents in the jars, they have a chance to win a sweet prize (blue gelatin in a fish bowl with finding nemo fish) Which leads to part 2 of my question...I found the Martha Stewart recipe for a Gelatin Fish Bowl...have you ever tried it and has it turned out well? And where on Earth can I find "knox gelatin?" Thank you!

  • Answer:

Knox gelatin will be in the same section as Jell-O and Royal gelatine, Jell-O's main competitor. It may also be found in other parts of the store, such as baking. You're looking for an orange-and-white box about the size of a Jell-O box, but turned to stand taller than it is wide. It's also possible to float gummi fish in regular Jell-O. I've never done either one, though.
