Honestly to be a tattoo artist is in you...most serve a lengthy appenticeship---you dont' need a degree...you just need to be able to draw. Go to a studio you would be interested in and make friends. Being around great artists triggers improvement in your own art. Some do make you pay for you appenticeship--but if you want in on a studio you have to be willing to work for it and prove you r able to do it. there really isn't a website you can "learn from" you need to learn from the real thing. Start drawing all the time and constantly try to improve your own art.

Hopefully, you have young children or even nephews and nieces to practice on. The only way to become a tat artist is to practice

you need to go to your local ink shop and ask the guys and girls working there how they got started. Usually they have to apprentice under a master then build their own clientel. you must be artistic and bring your own art portfolio that always helps. best of luck
