How old do you have to be to work in Hartford hospital?

I am looking for any work by Richard welling,he did rendering's of Hartford,ct. in the 70's and 80's

  There ARE items on ebay by richard welling, but at the time of this writing, they are all copies of a book that he wrote on drawing, not pieces of his artwork. I currently live in Hartford. I am familiar with Richard Welling becuase my mothers side of the family bought some of his hartford skylines back in the late 70's and early 80's before I was born. On of these large renderings hung in my mother's living room and another in the hall at my grandmother's house. I actually have one of these peices, but I can't part with it becuase I am proud to live in Hartford, and it matches my decorating perfectly.
