How do I make a college portfolio?

• I am going to Champlain College for a Business Management in Creative Media degree with a specialization in Game Production and I want to know how to make my portfolio. It says to have two distinct media types. I have a sketchbook full of a hundred drawings, but they are on scrap paper and some are unfinished, and I only have one fully completed picture on a real piece of paper. I have a few photoshop pictures that were considered the best in my class. I can also play piano. I do not know what I am expected to present. What am I competing against? What do normal freshman portfolios look like? Do i have enough to come up with a presentable portfolio?
