What is a vinyl cutter used for?

How easy is it to create & apply your own decals using a pc vinyl cutter?

• I'm assuming the vinyl roll comes with backing paper, the cutter cuts the outlines, & you weed off the unwanted vinyl. Once this is done, you smooth it onto application tape, and then pull it away from the backing paper & it's ready for application - Is it really as simple as that?

  just that simple, it really is easy. Clean your surface with windex or something of that nature. Some people like to mix a capful of dishwashing soap with about a gallon of water and to lightly coat the surface with first, this helps with getting all of the bubbles out and your decal doesn't stick right away so if your off it's easy to move around. when you get it where you want let it bake in the sun for a couple of hours and your good to go.
