    You need three things. 1) A web design template or generator - a template is a premade webpage you can just edit to suit your needs. A "generator" works like a wizard and will automate the process, but they usually don't look professional. Do a search for "webpage generator". If you learn a little html, http://www.oswd.org/ is a great site for templates. 2) Hosting - where you will keep your webpage files and images. Your cable provider usually gives you some space for hosting (e.g. mine is www.home.comcast.net/~myusername). Search google for "free hosting", or use your internet provider's hosting. 3) A domain name - which will make that ugly www.home.comcast.net/~myusername, or whatever your original address is into something easy like www.myartwork.com. What this does is forward people when the go to www.myartwork.com to your ugly address. Once you sign up for your domain name, you should find a "forwarding" option. You can find domains at yahoo.com, godaddy.com, or just do a quick google search for "web registrar". You can usually get a year for $1.99 on special which I got from yahoo business.
