How can I find living relatives from Glasgow, Scotland?

• I am a descendant of John McKnight who lived around Aikenhead Road in the Govanhill district of Glasgow during the first half of the 20th Century. John and his wife, Jean, had two sons - James and Robert McKnight. James was my great-grandfather who immigrated to the US in the 1920s. Robert remained in Scotland. I would love to know if I have any living McKnight relatives who possibly still reside in Glasgow or elsewhere in Scotland. Is it possible to find out?

This man lives a short walk from Aikenhead Road and may well be related. It may also be a coincidence given the fact these are fairly common names and Govanhill has been a fairly deprived area that's seen a lot of immigration and migration over the past 100 years.
