GA.. father: David Cook, mother Elsie Watts both from NC The John Deaton Cook father Donald Cook, mother Alice Cook per his death certificate online. I have recorded handwritten information from 35 to 40 yrs ago, listing his wife as Becky or Betty Huffman.. I have two brothers and a sister handwritten; Arron and Riley, sister Mary Ann..all point to the John David Cook until I located the death certificate on line listing John Deaton Cook cause of death.
