Where does my name come from?

Where does my last name come from? Or what does it sound like to you?

  • Where does my last name come from? My last name is Tufon. All I know is that my parents are from Cameroon and that's not a common name surname at all. I also know that Cameroon was conquered by the French and British. Where do you think it comes from? I mean, it could be an actual Cameroon name, but i dont know. My father says the french changed during the time when Cameroon was split in half by the French and British, but idk. It's been bugging me for a long time. Sorry this was so long ^^
