Whatever happened to edwin natividad and mayet briones and family?
-
Edwin Natividad and Mayet Briones designated themselves as the leaders of our Travel Ventures International group in northern California.I signed up for this online internet business on January 5th, 2010 and signed up members of my family on the same day which qualified me for immediate benefits in the form of $250.00 cash and a travel voucher worth $250.00. Edwin na Mayet made all the members use common group username, this gave Edwin access to our private back office and he went in and changed the transaction passwords, he replaced our email addresses with his so that whenever we cycled and advanced to the next position, the payout money went to him instead of us. By rearranging our back office so soon after we joined TVI, this did not allow us time to learn how the system worked because he had already replaced our information with his own. In meetings in Milpitas, Edwin did not allow us to ask questions, he claimed that he was a cumputer programmer and understood the best way to position all the applicants on the "boards" for maximum impact. He said if we did our own imputing it would mess up the boards and make us all lose our investments. Only his brother Carol was allowed to handle the applications. He refused to give us receipts for the money he collected. Instead of checks being written to TVI Express he had us write them to DDI, his own personal company, at times he had checks written to "Cash" and asked people to post-date checks so that he could get to their bank accounts whenever he wanted. When people cycled from one position to another, the payout went to him and he insisted that they reinvest the money so that the group could benefit and grow quicker while in fact he was lining his pockets. Myself and my family in the US and abroad have lost over $15,000.00 to Edwin's fraud. By the fall of 2010 he said it was best to open a TVI Express office in Manila, Philippines and encouraged the group to get as many people to sign up so that when he launches over there all those new members would be under the Milpitas group. Prior to this move, he had spend a month in the Philippines, he came back all excited, saying the people over there were ready for this opportunity and ready to join us. He told the Milpitas members that the opportunity is so great people should sell their homes and belongings and give up their jobs and move to the Philippines. Some of us went with him. In Manila, instead of launching TVI Express, he surprised us by introducing his own personal business called Pacific Destinations Internationa,(PDI). No explanation was given as to why he had lied to us. He told us that in fact, he is no longer doing TVI Express business because he felt that he had no way to control "things", so he started this new business so he could be in complete control. Since we returned to the US, he has refused to communicate with us, he ignores our emails requesting updates on how we can recoup our money that he took on behalf of TVI Express. To date we have lost everything and Edwin, Mayet, and Carol are in the Philippines and they have all requests for communication.

i sure hope more people are willing to step up so people can get their money back. I sure hope people in the Philippines will see this information and the business in the Philippines fail. no one else should be victims of the natividad clan.

Contact the California Attorney Generals fraud office and see if there is any action they can take. TVI is a scam as well but there are several existing law suits you may want to join. http://www.ripoffreport.com/organized-crime/tvi-express/tvi-express-travel-ventures-in-eda26.htm

As much as you may like it to be a subject of this category ( researching dead people) it isn't and you need to stop writing online and go and make a statement to your local police, if this person has done this and you have witnesses to this fact then the police will deal with this fraudster
