Can you help me to find my cousins?

Please help, I need to find my 2 british cousins and I don’t know what to do?

  • My female cousin had moved and was living in Spain dec 2005, I have sent a letter to the last address that I had for her but it hasn’t been signed for so I presume she has moved, oh and I’m not sure what her last name is now, I have a choice of 3 that it could be cos she married a couple of times. she has 3 children in their twenties, 2 of whom are in the army and 1 in the uk but again I don’t know what their last name is then there is her brother, my other cousin who I am guessing is somewhere in the uk, if I find 1 I will find the other any ideas how to start, I do have their date of births and that’s about it

If you happen to know any of the schools they went to, you could try friends reunited. she is likely to be on that under her maiden name.

try a search under her maiden name, then carry on from there, first of all it might be easier to find the brother as he won't have changed his sir name. Try a yahoo people search first of all.

For the brother try a UK phone directory. For the female cousin, have you checked the newspapers from where she was living in Spain? (That might tell you if there was a marriage.) Have you check with her church (temple) etc. Have you tried posting a message on a Surname website for her maiden name? Maybe then she will see it and contact you. Have you asked any other relatives if they know? You could also hire a local researcher, depending on how much money you would like to spend. Good luck.
