Migration in 1902 to South Africa?

WIlliam Charles Foster born c 1880 in Ireland migrated in 1902 to South Africa with his sister Susanna Wilson Foster b c 1891 WIlliam became Mayor of Cape Town 1937-1939 and I am trying to find any account of this or either of their lives there. Susanna died in Sth Africa in 1983.

Is this him? I can't find Susanna. What records do you have for her? Search on Mayor of Capetown 1937, also. It is possible that Susan migrated after her brother. She was only nine, so it seems strange she would leave home then. I don't have other solid data, just an observation.. it seems odd that a young man of 22 would take an approx. 11 yr old sister from Ireland to So. Africa. Not saying she didn't exist, but you might be blocking yourself if you limit yourself to an 1891 date for her birth.
