Was Ludwig Van Beethoven the youngest in the family?

Anybody know anything about the composer ludwig van beethoven? (born:1770, died:1827)any websites i could hit?

He was born in 1770, he died in 1827. but for my essay/report I need a good summary on his life, hobbies he might have had besides just composing, etc. If you know anything it would be appreciated very much. Was quoted as saying, “I live only in my music.” Enjoyed walking in the woods for inspiration. Was rebellious, introverted, and did not foster relationships. Couldn't run his own household.
