Does anyone know how to find a complete email address from a partial one for free?

I have been trying to track down my cousin and I ran across a partial email address for him on Reunion.com, but since I am not a paid member, I can not access the information (I can't afford to join and I have already used their free trial membership earlier this year). Is there a way of tracking down someone's email address using a partial email address without a charge or obligation to pay a fee? If so, can I please have the website where I can access this email address information I am looking for? Thank you in advance for your replies and help.

You could try googling what you saw, in quotation marks. If he has posted his address elsewhere on the Internet you might find it.
