Any Ideas For a 24th Birthday Party Theme?

• I'm having my 24th birthday party in a couple of weeks & now that we're down to crunch time, I need to think of a theme. The party is going to be at my house with about 25 people (mostly adults, maybe 5 or 6 kids). I'm not hispanic, but I've always had a deep interest in the hispanic culture. I know how to cook Mexican, Puerto Rican & Dominican food. I'd love to do a theme where I can show off my culinary skills to my family, but what theme would that be? I was thinking 'Fiesta' maybe? Any one have any ideas that I could use for a fiesta theme? If I do a Fiesta theme, I want it to be AUTHENTIC. I hate the fake Mexican themes in some of the Tex-Mex restaurants. Any ideas for other themes? Also, I want to make my own cupcakes. I want to experiment with unique flavors. And I want the cupcake flavor to tie into the theme of the party. Like, if I do a Fiesta theme, I want to make a margarita cupcake & either a Tres Leches cupcake OR a Mexican Chocolate cupcake. So if you give me a theme idea, try to think of a cupcake flavor that ties into the theme. THANKS :)
