How to throw a Halloween Party?

I have 5 or 6 or my friends come to my house on Halloween each year and we go trick or treating, then we come back to my house and sitting around eating our candy. But this year my Mom decided I'm to old to go trick or treating but I still want to celebrate Halloween some how. So I want to throw a Halloween Party. I need activities, decorations, and just helpful party hints. Do I have to invite more people for the party to be fun? What types of food should I have there? Should I have music if there's just a few people? Should I have planned activities, or just have games set out and have to party go with the flow? How do I get everyone to have fun? I just need help with everything so HELP!
Answer:

Buy some Halloween CD's at the party store, put up decorations and serve whatever you want. If you want to get fancy with the food, there are a ton of Halloween recipes online.
