Need Help with A 25th Anniversary party?

It's great to have a variety of foods to choose from. Don't worry about making a big meal, just offer lots of appetizers. Hot artichoke and crab dip, hot spinach dip in a bread bowl, guacamole dip with blue corn tortilla chips (Tostitos makes these now), frozen puff pastry hors'doevres from the grocery store (these are always tasty and super easy), frozen swedish meatballs (again, very tasty), jumbo garlic shrimp rings with seafood sauce, fruit and veggie platters, olives, pickled asparagus spears, cheeses, Caesar salad. You can mix the dips (except for the guacamole) the night before and pop them into the oven about a half hour before guests are to arrive. The fruit and veggie platters you can buy from the grocery store. As for things to do...well, you can make a powerpoint presentation with pictures of your parents from past to present. You can ask your parents to prepare a speech about their life together. You can play music and prepare a special song for your parents to dance to...that's about all I can think of.
