What are some good party ideas for a 15's year old birthday?

My birthday is December 13 and I want to have a party but what should I do? No boys or loud parties. It has to be affordable and roughly 10 -15 girls. I'm a girl if you couldn't get it. Plus it is winter so no swimming or go carts. Here are some things I did in the past: 3rd birthday - had my whole daycare throw a party with cake and pinata with candy 4th birthday - with my family granny's house 5th birthday - with my best friend and my parents restaurant 6th birthday - my parents restaurant 7th birthday - my parents restaurant 8th birthday - my parents and 2 friends restaurant 9th birthday - 4 friends and parents and went bowling anda restaurant 10th birthday - 4 friends and parents went indoor rock climbing anda restaurant 11th birthday - sleepover with 2 friends with parents 12th birthday - sleepover with 10 friends with parents 13th birthday - sleepover with 9 friends with parents 14th birthday - restaurant with my parents 15th birthday - coming soon
