Where are some of the best murder mystery dinner shows in the US?

Can you host a murder mystery dinner for groups over 200?

  • We are hosting a convention with approx 300 attendees. We have scheduled a nice dinner with a ball afterwards but we really need entertainment to encourage the singles and "non-dancers" to hang around. We thought about having a murder mystery presented during dinner. We will have about 20 law enforcement officers there as hosts. Maybe work in groups like tables and place one or two officers are each table??? The guests would have all night to solve and we'd announce the solve and award prizes towards the end of the ball. Anyone with experience - we would appreciate your help...

This would be tough to keep all organised I did a similar situation with a lot of guests and hired a theatre group of about 8 actors who performed a murder mystery throughout dinner interacting with the diners and everyone had to guess whodunit at the end of dinner voting by table.It worked out well but microphones are needed so all can figure out what is happening
