What should I do for my Sweet 16 Party?

What are some good ideas for a sweet 16 party in chicago?

• i'm turning 16 this january, and like every other girl out there- i want to have a great party. i don't want to have a bunch of people over and deal with all the stress of that. i want to take a few of my closest girl friends (like 10) downtown to chicago for the night. a few years ago, i did this. we took a limo and went shopping and slept at the westin. this year, i want to do it even better! i want to get a hummer limo or whatever they're called, and i want to do something reallly fun. everyone's going to be wearing like cocktail or party dresses. i want to eat dinner at either the hard rock cafe or the cheesecake factor. since we're only 16, we can't go clubbing :( but i want to do something like that. i was looking for a concert at the house of blues, but there's nothing listed. i think that would be so much fun.. but idk! after that we could have the limo drive us around the the water tower place and michigan av so we could go shopping! :) but i really need an idea for the main event. it doesn't look like any concerts are going on around that time. if you could think of any idea, pleaaaase let me know!! keep in mind, there is a budget. so nothing too extreme. going to a play would be ok, but i want to party! hahah. the time frame would be from mid december to mid january, preferably on a friday or saturday. no parental supervision, just a bunch of 16 year old girls looking for a good time! thanks so much. also, please ignore my name. it says my name is michael. that's my dad's name... i'm on his account so yah. i'm not a guy. hahah
