Cheap cool restaurant ideas in NYC for sweet 16? Also, ideas for places to visit and/or hang out?

Okay so here's what's happening. My sweet 16 is in less than a month. For it, I'm taking about 20 of my friends(guys and girls) on a party bus and were going to go out to dinner and visit several places in Manhattan. I need some suggestions for restaurants to go out to eat that are affordable. The restaurants can be fun or simple. Also I have some ideas of places to visit such as times square, southstreet seaport, etc. But I would like some cool suggestions to hang out that are out of the norm. Thank you so much in advance!!
