What to do at an inside/ outside spring party for teenagers?

Does this party sound legit?

One of my friends (and three other TEENAGERS) are hosting this spring break party and they invited like 1000 people. This party is so not going to happen. Supposedly they're going to have alcohol and stuff. They say that they have their ways of getting the money to pay for everything.. but really? Come on, i don't think so. Do you think it might happen, because I dont want to get my hopes up and stuff;) lol. Here's the link to it. idk,... is your friend usually someone who like tells the truth or do they "joke" around a lot or like are they known to be not the most truthful? That would be a good idea to think about. Cause like obvi if they like "joke" around a lot i wouldn't get my hopes up.
