I need the average cost for a sweet 16teen for a boy?

WARNING I ASKED THIS B4 BUT HORRIBLY Well i am 14 and my bday is this year. My moms do not want to throw me a bday party until im 18 but i am not having that lol. So i am planning to pay for my own sweet 16teen bday party.I need the average cost for a party decoration, food, etc... I have one year to save up and plan so anything between 500-2500 would still be cool. And i need a good theme like dress code or decorations. I do not want any little kiddie like sports, or laser tag stuff i want like adult(no naked)stuff. When i turn 16 im going to be more adult like and mature so thx ps with the expenses i need to know the cost for liquor too because i know alot of adult who like to drink thx n advance
