Marshmallow fondant or Rolled fondant icing on top of marzipan covered cake??
-
I need to ask one more question! The rich fruit cake will be covered with marzipan-the final icing I would like to use is Fondant icing, but I would like to know Can I use Marshmallow fondant icing to COVER the cake or must I use the normal rolled fondant icing?will the MM fondant be nice and satiny? I am a bit unsure if one can use Marshmallow fondant icing please respond- Thanks

Answer:
I would definitely use store-bought fondant. Try to buy something other than wilton - it's not the best. The marshmallow fondant is way too sweet to pair with marzipan - good luck
