How would you throw a party?

How do I throw a surprise party for my friend?

• I want to throw a surprise party for one of my best friends. I'm doing this because she so stressed out with party planing that she doesnt' even feel like dealing with the plans so hence, no party. It doesn't really even have to be a surprise I could just plan it too. One of my friends is going to help me plan it f it is a surprise though. I don't know where i should have it! I would throw it at my house but live in an apartment and we plan on inviting a lot of people, 15 or more. Should I ask to have it at my friends house that is helping me plan it or the person I'm throwing it for? She wants to have a boy girl party but she isn't sure how her dad is going to like that.... XD The party is going to be a bunch of 14 year olds and stuff so yeah. What kind of things should we do at the party? Food games etc. What should i do about the fact that her dad doesn't want her to have a boy girl party? Thanks for all of your help!

  maybe you could just keep it all girl, to keep her from getting in trouble anyways. you could have it at her house. if you talk to her parents, you could get her out of the house while everyone shows up and sets up. then when she comes back everyone will be there and she will definitely be surprised.
