Where to celebrate a 21st birthday on Saturday, Labor Day weekend?

I'm turning 21, the 30th, its the Saturday of Labor Day weekend and I'm not sure where to go. I want to be able to drink and dance the night away with all of my friends, VIP style of course! Where is a good place to celebrate either in the city or the island, maybe the hamptons>?

First of all, we don't even know WHERE you stay! But since you didn't list that, then you probably want to go out of state to celebrate. OK, I know a real good place to do it way BIG is South Beach in Miami, FL. You can never go wrong there! It's Florida, you know! Plenty of sun, fun, and you get to come back home two or three shades darker!
