How can i persuade my parents to let me take horse riding lessons?

  • My parents won't let me have horse riding lessons (which I really want). They say it's too expensive and I have too many hobbies already. I found a place near where I live that has lessons for £9-17 pounds, which means they aren't expensive. Also I really don't have many hobbies. Any tips/ideas? Thanks!

    Why not ask at the stables if you can work for lessons. They may be happy for you to learn and gain experience while you help out. If you can show you're eager and willing to be shown how to do things they may prefer to teach you. Someone who has experience and thinks they know everything can be more of a problem than a complete novice.
