What type of wood should I use for my rabbit's house?
-
She already has an indoor cage but she's recently out grown her little house made of timothy hay. Since I can't find a wooden house online or in stores that I like my husband and I decided to build one. The only problem is I'm not sure what type of wood to use. I know cedar and pine are bad as is treated wood but what exactly would be the best type(s) of wood to use? Thanks for your help!

Answer:
I suggest using willow if you can find it. It maybe kinda hard to find the right types of wood. Try searching "what types of wood are used in rabbit hutches" on google.
